The Slow Carb Diet. Not only do you lose fat in the the shortest period of time but you also feel full, energetic and gain muscle. Its super simple and dont need any specials food – heck you dont even need to workout all the time!Using a “SLOW CARB DIET” i was able to lose over 40 lbs, and its still coming off. I love this diet, no calorie counting, no writing everything down – all you need to do is follow some simple key items and the fat comes off.  The best part of slow carb diets is that its cheap! im saving money and losing weight – hell that is awesome!
